Açaí is a powerful fruit from the Amazon rainforest and very popular especially among those who follow a healthy diet, those who are on a diet or nutritional education and those who practice bodybuilding. In addition to being rich in antioxidants, acai provides energy and helps satiate.

Here I share with you this recipe for açaí and orange juice, which is great for a healthy breakfast and leaves you feeling full and with energy to face the day! To prepare this natural juice you only need açaí and orange, optionally you can also add water or milk and ice cubes. The advantage of preparing açaí juice with milk is that it is more nutritious, ideal for pre-workout.

So, let's check out how to make açaí juice with orange? Follow the step-by-step photos below and try it out!

Ingredients for making açaí juice with orange:

 100 grams of açaí pulp

 6 oranges

 water or milk (optional)

 ice cubes (optional)

How to make açaí juice with orange:

First squeeze the oranges to get between 1 cup and 1 1/2 cup juice. If you can't get all this with just 6 oranges, squeeze more oranges or top up with water or milk.

Put the juice of the oranges in a blender together with the açaí pulp. If you want, also add a little water or milk (milk makes the drink more nutritious) and ice. Hit the pulsar function until everything mixes very well.

Tip: We recommend that you use açaí pulp still frozen, so that the juice is colder and less liquid.

Your orange juice with açaí is ready! Drink immediately, to enjoy all the properties, and if you want, accompany it with a low carb snack. Bon appetit and let us know in the comments what you think of this energy juice!
